All right Mr. Grouse! I know you're in there!

Grouse plunge into the snow, make a tunnel, and have a nice, cozy hole-igloo style-to keep warm in. Usually the tunnel's long enough that dogs, wolves, and coyotes don't get to them. Razzle has flushed a couple though. It was gloomy out today but warm! Just below freezing. We had a beautiful walk through the woods. I was a little nervous as Monte has seen wolf sign back there; but there's only signs of one.
