Dinner for one

No family home this Saturday night so beautiful steak dinner for one. Youngest son working as a chef and not in till after 10pm but his steak is waiting in the fridge for him. R has gone to England for a wee holiday and middle son celebrating a job offer with a start date on Monday, in Cheshire!
