Gorgeous mild day today.

Just a slow wander to the local shop today and back... looks like Kade needs a haircut too.

Tried to stay in these last two weeks of the holiday to keep the weight off my ankle and see if it settles. Was walking not to badly today :)

Been bad tho and not been doing my leg stretches :(




Physio tomorrow then to docs to for results of last weeks x-rays on my back.
