Afternoon Patrol

Took the old kite across the lines today. Dashed cold but top hole. Sorry - reading too many WW1 stories.
Got up to 8000 and would have carried on until the petrol ran out but my fingers said no. Windy - down to 10mph ground speed getting to Malvern and up to 70 on the way back. In fact I was back in the blink of an eye and overshot the airfield by over 2 miles as I was too busy taking pics and looking at the magnificent view.
