Last night I read up on the internet about deliberately under exposing a shot to take a photo that actually resembles the warm colours in a sunrise so it doesn't look washed out. So today I tried it!

Another early start as Phoenix had swimming so we just left earlier and detoured to Charmouth beach to catch the sunrise. Initially it didn't look like it was worth the effort but when the sun did emerge it was so clear and fiery!! I fiddled with the settings to try the technique I had researched, not sure how successfully but I like the colours in this blip.

A quieter day after a busy week, had a nice walk to the fields this afternoon but didn't take the camera just nice to enjoy the sun and the boys company. :)
