Imagine...
owning a whole town, and the land beneath it.
Imagine naming the streets after your children and ancestors.
Imagine erecting buildings as if they were so many lego bricks.
Imagine drilling deep deep holes under it and extracting coal... then building a railway to get it to the sea.
Imagine blasting holes out of the cliff and building a harbour to get your ships in to take the coal to far off countries.
