Behind

This morning early before 7am we went for a spin on the bike down the coast while it was still cool, there was an Easterly wind blowing which meant it was going to get very hot today as predicted, (this is me behind Glyn on the motorbike) so many people out walking, jogging, cycling, surfing, swimming everyone going out before the heat kicked in.

We had coffee at Trigg Island Cafe then a walk along the beach then headed for home.
We stopped off here at Mindarie near where we live to set up this selfie, not an easy task as the only place was across the road on a vacant block of land with a letter box, the camera was perched on the top of it and there was just 12 seconds ticking to run across the road back to the bike before the blip, not the best blip but that's all there is on this very hot day with catastrophic fire warnings place.

Almost 5pm and it's still 43c we have a low predicted of 28c, a warm night ahead.
