Family night out . . .

. . . we think the Harvester main course with free salad bar, can't be beat!

Unless, like tonight, the salad bar has gone wrong! What to do? Family conference was called in the bar, which was "very embarrassing" evidently.

The first reserve didn't suit all, nor second? Tapas in town? Not unanimous either.

At this point stroppiness was taking over, so the drivers privilege card was played, and we had a lovely meal at the Rose & Crown - Cotgrave.

Now we have another trauma? After reminiscing about family holidays we settled on watching old Video tapes from Son Bou - Menorca 2007. The problem is the charging cable has gone missing!! My "spare time" project to put all the old 8mm tape onto DVD with my gadget from Maplins, now looks doubtful.

Having said that we do have 7 1/2 solid days of tape, so maybe . . .
