Unfortunate contact with a wall!!

Oh dear this is the first selfie I have done and don't I look wonderful! 2 days ago I visited a friend who had a problem and I was so intent on getting into see how she was I caught my foot on the dog gate and fell down a step and came into too close a contact with the wall!! A huge sewlling covering a good third of my forehead appeared as did a headache and sore back and neck. Got checked out at A & E and it appears I have done no lasting damage apart from my pride! The Dr said the bruising would come out and spread - hope it goes no further. Have a good weekend!
