9 mile run at night, longest distance I've run since 2005. Averaged 8 minute miles pleased with that.

Finished sifting through the compilation I mentioned yesterday. Two more on there that are worth a listen. Sisters and Fantasy Prom or should I say Drop Nineteens and Lush?
