Out for a walk today and saw this market buoy right out of the water - it's usually quite deep in the sea, but the tide was so low it had been 'uncovered'.

Beautiful day but I think the whole country needs a few dry days.

Mind you, I nearly didn't make it back home. The 'sea defences' have consisted of shoving all the shingle up into a steep incline, so easy enough to get down but pretty hard work to get back up. Plus it felt like it was possible to be actually sucked down into it. Madness. Plus, they don't seem to be working as people were flooded out just before Christmas.
