Alternate Cycle Route Required

In a place with so few roads the length of detour caused by a road closure is quite long. This is apparently all due to a dangerous tree. I had suggested that the council should be allowed to replace this lot with a sign that says "I Wouldn't If I Were You!" but I got told no - actually what I was told wasn't that polite!
