Tingtangstraatje

A very very narrow street in the city of Groningen.
The name is based (as they say) on the sound of the ringing of the bell hanging at a house in this alley when fresh fish arrived at the fishmarket nearby. (all in the 14/15th century)
Next time I will take a closer look because there still must be a memorial tablet showing that bell around the corner.
