Rescue Squad

Fortunately, there was nothing in the news about a rescue or recovery so they must have been just practicing.
Finally, the weather has turned warmer. Above zero F all day! Yeah! Overcast though as you can see.
I went into the fitness center and walked for half an hour before see my massage therapist. I've been troubled by a stiff neck lately so thought it would help. I had so much soreness she though a chiropactor was in order; so I made an appointment for Monday. Tried out a new recipe for a kale salad. Kale isn't my favorite green, but as it's so nutrient rich, I keep trying different recipes. The salad was pretty good, I thought, but I'll be surprised if Monte likes it. Finished reading a good spy thriller by Daniel Silva. First book I've read by him and I'll be reading more.
