Bronze statue outside Leyland market

My blip today is the bronze statue which sits outside the market in Leyland and depicts a former Leyland Motors worker.

The stature of the man is taken from an actual photograph taken in the 1920's and depicts a Leyland Motors worker leaving North Works site at the end of his shift.

The image was taken using an Olympus TG2 compact and processed using snapseed on an iPad.
