Middle Of The Night

Or 08:13 am, to be precise. Still, it did feel like the middle of the night as it was cold and dark, even though the daylight hours are increasing again, albeit slowly. I sometimes think that the twilight hours, dawn, dusk etc. are more dangerous for bike commuters than the middle of the night and/or proper darkness, so nowadays I ride around looking like a two-wheeled Christmas tree in the hope that multiple flashing lights of varying intensity, will be enough to alert the sleepiest driver to my presence on the road.
