Tax time

Car tax due took me all morning, you have to drive round the back of the department of motor vehicles.
They go over the car check it has working breaks, windscreen wipers and a hand break, and that you have insurance. You then go inside and pay the government £47 then get back in your car drive round the back of the building again and they put a sticker on your car. DONE
