Scooters at dawn

I woke up at 5am this morning for no apparent reason.

Then as I had to drop my car off in Wapping I decided to just get it over with early.

I like the balance between city lights and the sky in Shoreditch,the headlights of commuter traffic adding a new dimension to the street.

Letter boxes still remain unused due to the postal strike, but the vapour trails from planes leaving Stansted and City Airport show London waking up for another day.
