Hair & Pink Bendy Things

My wife had an evening of self-pampering. R takes great pride in her curls or crazy hair as I like to call it. Her hair is naturally curly (like mine, just a little less of it) but like to give it some extra umph with these pink rollers every now and then.

Third day on the bike to work for me. My body is slowly adjusting to this 2014 regime. It is such a shame that P is still ill with this Slapped Cheek thing as he was looking forward to a bike ride on Saturday. He missed swimming yesterday and will be missing swimming tomorrow too.
