Day 355 - The Ruin

I was up north today near a place called Tornaveen, west of Aberdeen and took the back roads along the "Old Military Road". It's slightly shorter but takes just as long! Some of the roads were really icy so it made the journey even slower…

The Old Military Road is a pretty scenic road though and I stopped a few times on the way back down - a couple of ruins and the highest spot on the road! I couldn't decide which one to post but here one of the old ruins and you can see the panorama from the viewpoint and the other ruins here, here and here!
