Ornage & Pomegranate Salad

Tonight EP made a fantastic Chicken Jalfrezi from the Hairy Bikers book of Great Curries & as a side dish made this salad. Not something I would expect him to make as he's generally not very adventurous but it was really delicious, really cleansed the palate and took the heat out of the curry!
