Time to go home!

After a very early start I arrrived at Schipol Airport without incident, ready for my flight home via Liverpool. I slept most of the flight ( the result of a great short break!) and Echo met me to take me to her house where I'd left my car.
I was anxious to get back to N. Wales to see how my granddaughter was after her op. whilst I was away. She looked remarkably good, considering she'd had her adenoids taken out and also grommets put in her ears. Brave little girl.
I can't believe that the new year has started with such a dependency on the NHS. My daughter-in-law is in Hospital, my granddaughter has just come out and now I have to take my daughter tomorrow with suspected DVT!! What next? Things can only get better.
However, I had a lovely break in Amsterdam with DP and look forward to my return in March. Thanks, S.
