Chutney

There are some really nice almost ripe mangos in the shops, so as I have a passion for Indian food, all right all food, I decided to make Mango Chutney. This recipe was from India and was call Fragrant chutney and is made with cooking apples as well. So I now have 7 well 6.5 jars - I had to test it!
