Waiting waiting for Spring

I didn't know this but at least our Oak tree refuses to shed its leaves before the new buds and shoots of spring push them off. The tree was planted by us and grew from an acorn. I'm willing it to start pushing off those lovely russet leaves!
Come on Spring, come on!
