Breakfast Treat

After my Waitrose trip yesterday a lazy morning and this delicious breakfast treat.
Usualy I have a bowl of porridge, so quite a contrast!. I'm encouraging my foodie self to get active.
I've been deliberately making contact with literal pals. I realise how easy it is to be drawn into the illusion of virtual reality, comforting though that is and it's certainly kept me going through several months of being stuck indoors. I phoned Malcolm, ace painting teacher, who you have seen ( see again at here ). He had a heart attack in October. Wonderfully he's feeling better than ever so he and Joan are seizing the moment to go to Auz/NZ. Inspiring eh!
