Job Share

This is my job share colleague, Peter, I work 3 days a week he works 2! We spent the day working together day as installing speed tubes is the 2 man part of the job.

We also spent the day mulling over the announcement that another re-organisation is going to happen at work. This appears to be an annual occurrence and usually announced just before or after Christmas so it's not unexpected news.

What will be will be and not knowing if or how it will affect me and the team is worse than knowing bad news and getting on an dealing with it!
