Chai teatime

Still a chill in the air, but nothing like the other 2/3's of the country & our neighbors to the north. Nothing like a little chai tea to take care of the chill, then back to the 70s tomorrow.....sorry.

Today I bowed my head in grateful prayer, we are.moving forward with the home we found, we worked out the snag. Thankful today for second chances.
