PAMPUS GRASS MACRO
The topic for today is "Natural Treasure". Ordinarily, I would take a shot of the Sandia Mountains (but today they look blah), or the beautiful sunrise or sunset (got NO co-operation in either of those endeavors), so in desperation I decided to show the intricacies and the texture of the flower, or bud, on a single stalk of Pampus Grass. I love the delicate thread-like parts and what appears to be millions of little seeds. It reminds me of a dandelion flower that I would pick as a child and blow the tiny top, scattering the seeds everywhere.
