Day 8 / 365 - All the best jobs...

My lovely husband arrived home last week clutching a bag, following a visit to a local charity shop. The problem with being crafty is that people always want you to alter things and this was one of those occasions. The Ralph Lauren jumper he had bought for £4.99 was an amazing buy but for one small problem. It was XXL and my husband wears a M. "Could you alter this for me?" he asked. "Of course." I replied.

Here is the work in progress... Side seams altered and one sleeve refitted after narrowing the shoulder seam and taking almost 3 inches off the sleeve.

It is gonna look great but I do get all the best jobs ;)
