Bedtime beverage......

The day has been OK!! It's always OK once you're there...yes? But am I tired tonight!!

A very happy crew returned after a good holiday..one to St Lucia...
We reminded ourselves of yesterday's basics, agreed to up the 'pace and rigour' and marvelled (!) again that LISTEN and SILENT are spelt with the same letters...would you believe it!

And what better way to round off the day than with a luxury hot chocolate mallowspoon. It says on the packet "stir into a mug of hot milk for a rich and dreamy cup of chocolatey love." It was dee- licious!
