'New Years Dieting'

Met up today with 'Life in Brighton'.. so the 3 of us..Karen, wee Louis & myself headed along the undercliff walk towards Rudyard Kipling's village of Rottingdean. The storms had left all manner & shapes of plastic, coloured ropes, tyres & even shoes.. and wee Louis had a grand time checking out all the different shape'n size of dogs that passed. Karen had found this brilliant 20s/30s era cafe in the village..so we posted ourselves there.. & of course 2 blippers in a coffee shop is heaven indeed.. & the zoomies were out as the owner foolishly gave his kind permission!.. click click..flash..and two customers ducked as Karen locked on to the Stags head next to the silver nude statue.. as i sat back and grinned... and headed for the cake stand...i have to put on weight somehow... this is my 2014 resolution.. a tough task indeed.
