Joe Hunt

Joe is the Head Chef/Tutor at the Tideswell School of Food.
He's not only a great chef but also a very entertaining one who can turn his hand to any cooking style but his main love is Asian.
The School of Food came into being when Taste Tideswell became a BIG Lottery / Village SOS funded project with a mission to create “a thriving, prosperous community sustained by its own food economy.
The School and the lovely little village Tideswell go from strength to strength, and today when visiting I see that they have a new (for me) second hand bookshop with over 68,000 books strewn around and which is going to provide me with many happy hours of browsing.
