Wedge
These are the tattie wedges I made for tea tonight. They look like I used lots of oil but I didn't, I also chucked in some chunks of carrot and they were so scrummy. This was to go with what was loosely based on a Spanish omelette. Except there was no potato in it and the ratio of veg to egg was a little off and I was a little worried I'd end up with scrambled egg and veg. Very yummy.
I lost 4lbs this week :)
