Mmmm....

A challenging question, that may be challenging to discuss at the next staff meeting, depending in whether we answer honestly. A new team this year, so we are still muddling along, trying to get to know each other, but I'm hopeful that things will settle well. I think what I would most like is a culture of mutual respect between team members, children and their families. One where diversity is accepted and expected and mistakes are acceptable, but how to achieve that ... ?
