Drove Grandson 1 to have his haircut and loitered and watched . Fascinating! When I was a lad......Ok , Ok ....you turned up and sat until your turn was called. And if an adult came in they went straight to the front of the queue! The choice was haircut or no haircut. The barbers were straight out of the army, the salon was like an operating theatre and... and now? Appointment at 1600? The hairdresser ask you what you want. Wash, style cut.... ? Is it for a special occasion? And you tell the kids of today and they just don't.......
