Another mystery portrait

For some reason I really like the tones on the concertina door to this abandoned garage. I am intrigued by the mosaic head by the phone number; there are quite afew of these in the Northern Quarter and I presume they have something to do with Manchester mosaic artist Mark Kennedy, whose work can be seen in several places around the city. Any idea whose portrait it might be?
