Fiendishly clever Madonna-style loo roll dispenser

I visited the hospital today, and couldn't resist this in the ladies' loos.
The clever little monkey allows out only 1 square at a time. No more. No less.
This necessitated several snatches at the paper (before it disappeared again into its own nipple) thereby a longer than planned stay.
I'd like to apologise to the ladies in the queue when I emerged. I tried to be quick - honest!
I wonder what the dispenser in the men's loo looks like?
