A blast from the Russian past

Having a New Year Spring clean today I unearthed some old Russian posters from a trip I made many years ago, long before Glasnost.

When workers were workers and they knew how to dance and make music.

So I thought it might be interesting to blip one along with some Russian music.

I would love to know what the poster says. Any Russian blippers around ready to translate?
