Underwater garden

I wanted to try taking some pictures of food colouring making swirly patterns in water. (I was imagining something like in the Robinsons adverts)
Had a few false starts when I found that food colouring these days is a gel rather then a liquid and doesn't easily mix with water.
But eventally I managed to get some patterns going. I never got anything like the effect I'd hoped for but I quite like this one as I thought it looked a bit like some toadstools.
