Day 3

.... Has been a good day :)
I can honestly say. That the healthy eating has started to lift my depression. I see light at the end of the tunnel.

It would of been Elvis birthday today. I'm sure he's somewhere eating something fried and singing with Gladys.

Had a great walk with jade first thing. She was a little grumpy with an over excited staffy but soon got over that. And she came between me and a gentleman she didn't like the look of. I'm sure he was harmless but Jade made sure he didn't get to close. Lol

I also made a lining for my bike basket. It's taken me just over a year to find the right basket for my vintage bike. And I finally got one from eBay last week. So that meant one thing. Out came these wing machine. SUCH FUN!!!!
So when I've lost the weight and I can get back into my vintage dress. I'll blip me with Betty (the bike) and basket.
