Fossicks in the Trossachs

It was a day of dramatic shifts between sunshine and rain, so perfect rainbow chasing weather. However, as I have found my pot of gold (alias the Professor) long ago, we had a walk along the side of Loch Katrine and looked for raging torrents instead. In the end, it was this little island with the shot through light which caught my eye.

Later to the great weigh in - I lost 2.5 lbs in the two weeks over Christmas, not bad, huh! 4.5 lbs down since I started four weeks ago. Lose another 2 lbs and I move out of obesity and into overweight.
