Solomon's Castle

Today we went for a motorcycle ride with another couple and went to a place called Ona, Florida and visited Solomon's Castle I know, I know my overseas friends you have real castles but this is the best we could do here in redneck country. The castle is full of the most unusual sculptures I have ever seen and the tour guide narrates so corny, it's funny. Everything is made out of old and used metals or wood or whatever he could get his hands on. Some amazing things that I failed to take any picture of because I was so caught up in the funny narrator.

We then ate at the restaurant which is located there in A Boat In The Moat. This boat is really sitting in water and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was delicious. We found out that starting in January, they have live music and tables they open up outside.

When we were leaving for the ride home this custom Harley Davidson was sitting in the parking lot and this shot does not do it justice. Wow!! All-in-all a good time and a 200 mile trip.

I promise to catch up on all my commenting this week. It's been a busy weekend and I'm tuckered out.
