At the playground

The weather forecast wasn't that flash this morning, we decided to go to the playground at Caroline Bay early just encase the weather did turn septic.  It did off and on, but not enough to send us home.

Here are Ella and Harry in a big drum thing that they run on to make it go faster.  I think they may be showing some bruises tomorrow !!!
I've used a slow shutter speed to give the sense of movement.  It doesn't show on the data below though, the data that is showing is from the background image (taken today of course) and converted to black, then the three images dragged onto it and flattened. Confusing I know!!!!

We then walked to the carnival for rides on the Chairoplane, Merry-go-round, Choo choo train but best of all was them going inside the huge plastic ball on the water, they both had a blast.  

We ended up having lunch from the various food caravans which cost us a small fortune!!!  American Hot Dogs, normal Hot Dogs, sugared mini donuts, potato spirals, waffles and cream and Mountain Dew Fizz.  (would their mother approve - I say not)  All good though, it's all an experience they won't forget.

Then we spent more money on the lucky dip, chocolate wheel and matching numbers.

Great time we have had.  And if that's not enough, since then we have played cricket and piggy in the middle. I'M BUSHED!!
