Fitter, happier, more productive

Outdoors day today. Trip to the farm, fed the goats, stroked the horses, chased the ducks, patted the piglets and steered well clear of mummy pig.
All washed our hands thoroughly under strict instructions from the farm hand or else we risk catching a spot of e-coli.
Cold no better, could be man-flu, hopefully not swine-flu.
