Rock Alpine Garden with Mountain Wave cloud

A dreary day due to the mountain wave cloud. The high peaks basked in sun until afternoon when a new system enshrouded them in clouds, but the sun only reached Denver in late afternoon when the cloud shifted east.

It never got as warm as they predicted due to the cloud all day. It was predicted to reach almost 50 f (10c).
