Pond ripples

It’s been raining non-stop here all afternoon. It tells you something about our climate, when the weather reports indicate whether our rain will be “measurable precipitation” or not, doesn’t it? Today is definitely a measurable day.

As I was walking by the front door, I switched on the lights and the reflection in our shallow entry ponds was stunning. The simplest things can be so beautiful.
