Messy!

Bin men didn't pick up recycling last week which means it's been three weeks. Phoned council and they said leave your bins out and we'll empty them within 2/3 working days. Tomorrow is no 3. Hopefully it will happen cos as you see the bag in the kitchen can't take any more and the bin outside won't even close !
