you're a supernova in the sky

It's my birthday today! And of all my 32 years, I think this year has been the one I have felt the least excited about. It's not the greatest having your birthday so close to Christmas/New Year as most people are too skint/tired/on a health-kick and so don't really want to do anything (and I include myself here!!)

So basically I didn't do much today. Sunday lunch was a bit of a birthday celebration and I'm off to Leeds this weekend to visit my bestest friends so there will be much celebrating going on then, I'm sure.

However, despite all of that, loads and loads of people have been really lovely to me today and I've ended up having a great birthday! And check out my batman cake - awesome, or what?! It's shifted off a bit the little tray hasn't it? Oh well, never mind!
