Dolly and messy Q

Q had made a mess with her litter tray by digging it out all over the floor! She's a poor girl, her scab on her nose fell off today, it looks sore underneath so she's going to the vet tomorrow to have it checked! She's such a sweet and tolerant wee girl, I hope this is the last time she needs to go for a while!
