The Day Passed in a Flash

Before I knew it today is was all over. As the Tube pulled out of Oxford Street station I realised it had been a bit of a blur.

The day started badly with commuter chaos due to foul weather and flooded tracks. It got worse with a closed tube line. The subsequent wait in a meandering queue for the bus was not much fun in the rain. I was weary by the time I got to work.

And then, before I realised, it was time to leave.

What a first day back!
